Leading to Reading
Parents using the public library, or entering a bookstore, are often baffled by the choice of authors and books available for all ages. Knowledge of language development, or choices of books, may be limited to the parent's memory, or a current cartoon on the TV.
Leading to Reading is a language development aid that presents parents with milestones and book suggestions for children from newborn to age 5.
This easy to read message is a reminder of the importance of
reading aloud to all children.
